President and Founder

Andrew Principe, President of Starling Advisors, is an experienced consultant providing advisory services to many Primary Care Associations, Federally Qualified Health Centers, and other Primary Care Safety Net Providers throughout the country. His work centers on opportunities and risks that health reform initiatives present to Safety Net Primary Care Providers.

Managing Director

Samantha works with Primary Care Associations, provider networks, and community health centers to improve their quality of care, add value to the healthcare system and further health equity. She also leads business operations, client engagement, and strategy development for our firm.

Associate Consultant

Melissa is experienced in Federally Qualified Health Center operations. She is responsible for tracking client needs and communications, preparing client-facing materials, conducting research and data analysis, and providing project management support to the Starling team.

Executive Vice President and Co-founder

We lost our colleague and friend Amanda in July 2021. Amanda was an incredibly creative and hardworking team member, a gifted storyteller, a wonderful mother and a beloved girlfriend, sister, daughter, and friend to many. She loved dogs, wine, working with our amazing clients, reliably getting the weirdest seatmate on the plane, and admiring regional taxidermy. Starling Advisors and all of our clients who had the pleasure of working with Amanda are better for it. We miss her terribly.
